Holistic Pulsing

Holistic Pulsing is a quick and gentle way to reduce pain, stiffness and enhance relaxation

In holistic pulsing we are treating the whole of the body instead of isolated parts.

Each area being worked on has a ripple effect on the whole body and also the mind at the same time

Pulsing is rhythmic in nature. There are rhythms everywhere in the natural world which includes the human body which is why we respond so well to this kin of therapy.

By gently pulsing certain areas of the body it allows the body and mind to drop their holding patterns and let go which is deeply relaxing and expanding (as opposed to contracting.)

Clothes are usually on when we receive pulsing and loose clothing will always be preferable.

You will be on a massage table when you receive the treatment but actually you can receive pulsing on the floor or even sitting in a chair.

Pulsing is a wonderful non invasive treatment that can be enjoyed anytime but particularly in times of stress.

Facial reflexology

Facial reflexology is a super relaxing treatment which benefits the body and mind in many ways.

Tension and stress are held in the facial muscles in several areas, the forehead, the eye area and the jaw all pull tight which can lead to headaches, jaw pain and eye strain.

Facial reflexology helps to relax the muscles of the face and because of the many nerve endings and meridian acupressure points on the face which correlate to every area and organ of the body, the whole body becomes deeply relaxed and rested.

Some further benefits in relation to the skin on the face are enhanced blood circulation and blood flow, increased collagen production and skin tightening and lifting effects.

It will help with blocked sinuses and help reduce puffiness.

Facial reflexology is a mood boosting, skin glowing, nerve stimulating treatment that feels so good.

Thai Foot Massage.

Thai Foot Massage is another stand alone or add on treatment I offer. Just like the face, the feet also have nerve endings and acupressure points that correspond to all major organs and systems of the body therefor it can be just as effective in the management of pain and stress and is incredibly relaxing and reviving.
